I photographed Erin and Dustin’s wedding last summer and did a little family session with them in the fall! Little Miss A was totally a show steal and the sweetest little girl! A bit of an overcasty night, but still a beautiful family inside and out!
Laurissa and her family are probably the sweetest family a person could meet. I met with them last fall and it was an absolutely freezing day, poor Miss A was so so cold but toughed it out and got some sweet snuggles from mom in the end!
I met with this lovely family last fall on what was supposed to be a beautiful evening, the dark rain clouds rolled in…and right past us, but I was still able to capture all the amazing love this family has for each other!
I’ve been shooting this family since before they were a family. I have loved watching them grow in every sense of the word. I was so excited when Crystal told me she was expecting another baby this spring, so we planned for a maternity shoot, which was quickly taken over by little miss madam! We were absolutely killing ourselves laughing over her posing her self and just kicking her feet up in my little chair, completely uncoached. Tears just rolling down my face as I shot image after image of her setting herself up. I love sessions like this where I feel part of your family and I get to capture these hilarious, happy delightful moments. Miss S – don’t ever change that darling personality of yours, it will take you far!
I can’t believe this session was a year and a half ago! I met with Nicolette and Sam during one of the craziest weather systems we’ve had in a really long time with long periods of fog leaving THE MOST AMAZING hoar frost you have ever seen. It was a photographers winter wonderland dreamscape and I wanted to take full advantage of it. It took Nicolette a little bit of convincing but I got her in the end and the result was nothing short of gorgeous!
I met this amazing lady through my daughters first dance class and have become fast friends. She is the type of friend that makes friendship easy and fun and everything I look for in a friendship. My daughter squeals with excitement over seeing one of her very best friends, so it’s always a visit I look forward to having for both our sakes.
I was so excited to head to the hospital for this little mans arrival. It was my first “fresh 48” or as close as we could get with how early he joined our side. Mr. S was born at 32 weeks much earlier than everyone had hoped for, by the time I was able to come and visit, he was thriving and doing so unbelievably well as was his amazingly strong mama bear!
I met with this family almost a year ago, it’s hard to believe how quickly time passes. They were super sweet and totally laid back and all my kind of weird humour. Easy to say I loved them immediately. Their sweet baby girl was no different and slept throughout her entire session, I remember laughing as her parents were like she’s never slept this long in her 7 day life…sooooo do you nanny…at night…so we can sleep. This was one of the last posed newborn sessions that I have done as I will be switching over to a lifestyle type of session.
I went back to school this winter so my photography had to take a bit of a back seat for a few months while I completed it, I didn’t book as many shoots and missed it dearly. I managed to squeeze in a couple mom and me couch sessions with some friends and their sweet babies.
